Refunds

A refund of your payment is possible in the following cases:

• the order was canceled by you in advance, before the delivery date specified in your order;
• erroneous repeated (duplicate) payment for an order;
• if in case of delivery redirection, an additional payment is required for the order for its successful delivery, and you refuse to fulfill the order in full;
• in other cases, at the discretion of Elflora.

Elflora reserves the right to change or cancel the above refund terms for the duration of the respective promotions, as indicated in the specific terms of the promotion and/or at the time of placing an order on the website.

There is no refund for a delivered order.

Comments on your order are accepted within 24 hours from the date of delivery of the order and will be considered as soon as possible. Due to the fact that the product (flowers, sweets, fruits) is a perishable product, Elflora reserves the right to change the composition and appearance of the product (composition) by 20-25%, with maximum preservation of the overall appearance and cost of the components.
